A plastic kit of the German Panzerkampfwagen IV Ausf. H medium tank in 1:72 scale from the manufacturer Zvezda. The model is designed as snap-fit, the parts click into one another and the build is therefore quick and easy, suitable for beginners or for tabletop games and wargaming. The package holds frames with plastic parts and a decal sheet.
The Panzerkampfwagen IV was the most widespread German tank of the Second World War and the only one to serve in combat from the first day to the last. The Ausf. H version was among the most numerous and was armed with a long gun effective against Allied tanks. Its hallmarks were the side armor skirts protecting the hull and the turret against antitank weapons. It is precisely this version that makes up the typical image of a German medium tank of the later stage of the war.
Although the model goes together without glue, you will raise the strength and durability of the joints with a drop of cement for plastic. An airbrush and a base color suit the painting. Late German machines carried mottled three-tone camouflages, which you will bring to life with washes and a dry brush. The side armor skirts and the tracks are rewarding for mud and dust effects.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. The parts go together without glue; paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
