Responsibility details are not available.
An injection-molded plastic kit of the Soviet KV-1 heavy tank in the model 1942 version with the heavy cast turret in 1:72 scale from Trumpeter. The package holds plastic parts, flexible tracks, decals and assembly instructions.
The KV-1 was a Soviet heavy tank of the start of the Second World War, valued for thick armor that stood up to most anti-tank weapons of the day. The model 1942 version received, among other things, a heavy cast turret, which simplified production and raised its resistance. The main armament was a gun of 76 mm caliber. The Red Army fielded the vehicle on the Eastern Front.
Assemble and paint the running gear, the road wheels and the tracks before you close the hull. An airbrush suits the Soviet green scheme; bring out the lumpy texture of the cast turret with a dry brush and a wash. Tune the mud and dust on the running gear with pigments.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
