Responsibility details are not available.
A kit in 1:72 scale from the brand HäT. The package contains four identical 10 centimeter field howitzers of the 1914 model, cast in hard plastic. The crew is not included, and the figures have to be added from the same maker's artillery sets. The parts are supplied unpainted and have to be assembled, so one box makes up a whole battery.
The light Skoda field howitzer of the 1914 model was one of the most widespread weapons of Austro-Hungarian artillery. It was built at the Skoda works in Pilsen, proved itself on the Russian and Italian fronts alike, and after the break-up of the monarchy it stayed in the inventories of the successor states, among them the Czechoslovak army. Its long-lived design saw use as late as the Second World War.
First dry-fit the parts, above all the seating of the barrel and the spread of the carriage. Hard plastic is bonded with ordinary solvent cement for plastic models. Paint the howitzer in a muted gray-green; for the later period a darker khaki also comes into question. A position with an earth parapet, crates of ammunition and wheel ruts will give a scene a story.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
