Responsibility details are not available.
Injection-molded plastic kit of the two-seat Douglas TA-4J Skyhawk in 1:72 scale in the Hobby 2000 edition. It is a rebox of a proven injection tooling complemented by new decals (printed to a high standard) and markings for machines in service with the Israeli Air Force. Check the particular contents of the box and the number of decal schemes against the manufacturer's part number for this item.
The Skyhawk was a light single-engined carrier attack aircraft with a characteristic delta wing that did not have to fold. The TA-4J version is a two-seat training modification with a lengthened fuselage and tandem cockpits, used to train pilots. Israel deployed Skyhawks in large numbers as attack as well as training machines and they were among the backbone of its attack aviation in the 1970s and 1980s.
Cut the parts from the sprues and glue clean joints with liquid cement for plastic. Glue the glazing of the tandem cockpit carefully, ideally with canopy glue, so that the plastic does not fog. Paint and highlight the interior of both cockpits before closing up the fuselage. After the varnish and the decals, bring out the panel lines with a wash and add the external stores matching the machine you have chosen.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
