This is a resin set of flaps for models of the Lockheed EC-121 Warning Star radar patrol aircraft in 1:72 scale. It is not a kit of an aircraft but a detail accessory that makes it possible to show the flaps in the lowered position and thereby replace the simplified parts from the box.
Lowered flaps liven the silhouette of the large aircraft up and reveal the structure of the trailing edge of the wing, which the production parts usually do not handle. The set is intended for a model of the EC-121 based on the Super Constellation and suits a static display as well as a striking landing configuration.
Wash the mold release agent off the parts, cut the casting blocks off and bond them with super glue (cyanoacrylate). While seating them, take care over the correct angle of lowering and the symmetry of both wings. Wear respiratory protection while sanding and apply a base before painting.
This is a detail accessory, not a complete model. Glue, paints and the base kit are not included in the package.
