HäT 1:72 WWI Putilov 76 mm is four Russian field guns in hard plastic.
Responsibility details are not available.
A kit in 1:72 scale from the brand HäT. The package holds four identical guns of the Russian field gun of 76.2 millimeters caliber of the 1902 pattern, molded in hard plastic. The parts are supplied unpainted and have to be assembled, so a whole battery comes out of one box. The crews can be added from the artillery figure sets of the same maker.
The Putilov gun of the 1902 pattern was the main Russian field weapon of the first half of the twentieth century. It was already committed in the Russo-Japanese War, went through the whole of the First World War and the Russian Civil War and in modified versions it still served in the 1930s. It was a quick-firing gun with a fixed round, which with a good crew could fire over ten rounds a minute.
First line the parts up dry, above all the seating of the barrel in the cradle and the spreading of the carriage. Hard plastic is glued with an ordinary solvent cement for plastic models, unlike the soft figures of the same maker. Paint the gun in a muted olive or gray-green according to the period and add dust on the wheels and the underside of the carriage. A setting with crates and cartridge cases gives a scene a story.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
