Styrene L angle profile 2.0 x 2.0 x 350 mm (4 pieces)

Four pieces of L-shaped plastic profile with 2.0 x 2.0 mm legs and a length of 350 mm. The L-shaped section is a structural element: one leg forms the upright wall, the other the horizontal flange, and the joint therefore holds a right angle without further stiffening. The dimensions in the name are millimeters, not a scale.

Where the angle comes in

Accurate angles when building

The main advantage of the L profile is also its demand: if the cut is not square, the error shows at once in a right angle. So cut with a knife against a metal rule and sand the finished end on abrasive paper laid on glass or on a board, to get a truly flat face. Glue corner joints on a flat surface and check both planes with a set square before the cement sets. Excess cement and paint like to gather in the inner radius of the bend, so meter the cement out thinly and take the first spray pass square from above, so that no pool forms in the corner.
