A thin, cyanoacrylate (CA)-based super glue from manufacturer Art Scale, designed specifically for gluing parts from 3D printing. Unlike general-purpose super glues, the formula is tuned for the surfaces of 3D-printed parts — meaning cured resin from photopolymer printers as well as common printing plastics. The viscosity is deliberately very low: the glue is not applied to a surface, but is allowed to wick capillary-style into a joint that is already fitted together. The bond is therefore thin, clean, and does not create runs that would need to be laboriously sanded away. Supplied in a 20 g bottle with an applicator tip for precise dosing.

Use

• First dry-fit the parts and hold them in the exact position — only then bring the glue to the joint and let it wick in on its own.
• Ideal for precisely fitting parts, fine details, hairline joints, and micro-cracks in a print.
• The glued surface should be dry, degreased, and free of residual uncured resin and sanding dust.
• Dose sparingly — excess glue does not strengthen the joint, it only fogs the surface.
• Not suitable for foam polystyrene, polyethylene, Teflon, or silicone.
• For filling gaps and less precisely fitting surfaces, reach instead for the thick variant of the same glue.
