A themed set of AMMO products from the DIO SET range aimed at desert and dusty roads. For the unpaved ground of a diorama and for dusting the vehicle itself.
Responsibility details are not available.
This set from the DIO SET range by AMMO of Mig Jimenez brings together in one package the products chosen for one theme. Here it is a parched unpaved road: pale earth, worn ruts, loose dust at the verge and the traces that a column leaves behind on the road and on the vehicle itself.
On dioramas and bases with a parched landscape, on field and unpaved roads, but also directly on the model of a vehicle that you want to give the look of a machine after a long march. The use is not tied to a scale or to a particular kit and it will serve just as well on wheeled equipment as on tracked.
Dust settles from the bottom up. Start at the wheels, the wheel wells and the lower edges, let the deposit fade out on vertical surfaces and leave it high up only where it would really hold. Dusting the whole model evenly looks artificial; what makes it believable is the irregularity. Choose the color of the road lighter than you expect, because it darkens as it dries and dry earth in harsh sunlight looks bleached. Work in thin coats and let them dry between one another, and fix loose pigments at the end.
For builders of dioramas and vignettes and for the modeler who wants the products for one theme in one place, matched to one another in shade, instead of putting them together one by one. The package contains only the products of the set; the model, the base, groundwork material, brushes and tools are not part of it, unless stated otherwise.
