About product

Vallejo Terrain Fixer, a fixative for scenic textures

Terrain Fixer from the Diorama FX range is not a paint but an auxiliary product. It is a clear, matte acrylic fixative with a high capillary action that reliably binds sand, gravel and other loose scenic materials on bases, on dioramas and on the running gear of vehicles.

Use

  • it is applied with a dropper or a pipette straight onto the texture that has been poured out
  • if need be it can be thinned at a ratio of about three parts fixative to one part airbrush thinner
  • it dries in about 24 hours to a clear, matte finish
  • it preserves the original tones and the texture of the material used

Who it is for

For builders of dioramas, display bases and terrain scenes who need an invisible, matte way of binding loose materials without the surface going glassy.

A volume of 35 ml. Keep out of the reach of children, ventilate while working and protect your skin.
