This is a compressor for an airbrush, not an airbrush itself. What sets the unit apart are its two independent air outlets, each with its own pressure setting, so two airbrushes can work from them at once, one for the base coat and the other for detail. The manufacturer gives an output of one fifth of a horsepower, an air tank of one liter, a flow of around twenty to twenty-three liters per minute and noise up to 44 decibels.
For modelers who spray regularly and want to be rid of pulsing pressure, and especially for those who work with two airbrushes in turn. The automatic switch cuts in when the pressure in the tank drops and cuts out once it is full, so the compressor does not run continuously. The designation in the name points to a version for the European grid, which matters when buying. The air tank has one more benefit for an airbrush that is not obvious at first: it evens out pressure surges, so the spray does not stutter and you can draw even very thin lines without a ragged edge.
