Fine Surfacer Primer L Grey 100ml

Tamiya Fine Surface Primer L Grey (100 ml)

A gray fine filling primer in a spray can from Tamiya in the large L can with a volume of 100 ml. It is a lacquer primer with a fine pigment that is sprayed onto the parts of a model before painting. It creates a smooth and even base, improves the adhesion of the colors that follow and brings out any small flaws in the surface.

Use

• a base coat on plastic and metal parts before painting
• spray from a distance of roughly 20 to 30 cm in thin coats
• the gray shade reveals unevenness well and serves as a base under darker colors
• once dry the primer can be sanded smooth (including wet)
• the large L can goes further, over more parts or larger models

Who it is for

For modelers who want a good, fine base under paint without using an airbrush. The spray is ready for immediate use, and before spraying it is enough to shake the can thoroughly.

A lacquer spray – highly flammable, the fumes are harmful. Use in a well ventilated space, away from open flame and children, ideally with a respirator. The container is under pressure – do not expose it to heat.
