A blue shade from the Number 5 modeling line. It is applied in thin coats onto a cleaned and degreased surface.
Responsibility details are not available.
A modeling paint in a blue tone. It belongs to the Number 5 line, and the name carries the designation of the shade. No standard or color chart that the shade would relate to is stated here, so it is best chosen against a real sample or against a test patch already sprayed, rather than by the name.
Wash and degrease the surface of the model before painting. On a greasy base the finish peels off at the first masking, and the mistake shows at the moment when it is too late to put right. Stir the bottle well, as the pigment settles at the bottom and badly stirred paint dries to a different tone than you expect. Apply in several thin coats and let the surface flash off between them; one heavy coat floods the engraving and gathers into drops on the edges. Choose the thinner, the cleaning agent and the method of application according to the manufacturer's recommendation.
For modelers who put shades together from various lines and need to fill out a blue tone. For building a particular scheme it is worth checking the match with the subject in advance.
The package holds the paint. The thinner, the primer, an airbrush and other aids are not part of it, unless stated otherwise. Work in a well ventilated room and store the bottle closed and out of the reach of children.
