Masking Tape 10mmx18m

Vallejo Masking Tape (10 mm × 18 m)

A narrow, flexible masking tape from manufacturer Vallejo, 10 mm wide and 18 m long. It is used to cover areas that should not be painted during spraying and airbrush work. Thanks to its narrower width, it bends beautifully and follows curves, arcs, and small details, holds a sharp boundary between colors, resists thinners, and peels off after the paint dries without leaving sticky residue. The narrower 10 mm format is ideal exactly where a wider tape struggles to follow curved outlines.

Use

• Masking details, curves, and rounded transitions
• Sharp color boundaries and fine camouflage patterns
• Covering glazing, cockpits, and small parts before overspray
• Guiding arcs, circular markings, and soft transitions
• Usable under lacquer paints too, thanks to its resistance to thinners

Who the tape is for

Suitable for plastic modelers and for figure and miniature makers who need precise masking of details and curved shapes. The tape can be easily cut with scissors or a sharp knife directly on the part.

Apply it onto a fully dry surface, press the edges down firmly to prevent paint from bleeding underneath, and remove the tape in good time at a shallow angle. On sensitive surfaces, test adhesion on a hidden spot first.
