Meng Kids He 177 Bomber is a caricature egg-style model of the German bomber from Meng. The parts join by snapping together without glue, the model has no scale and is intended mainly for children and for a fun build.
Responsibility details are not available.
A charming caricature kit from the Meng Kids series portraying the German heavy bomber Heinkel He 177 in a stylized egg-shaped (super-deformed) form. It is not a scale model - the proportions are deliberately bulbous and shortened, so the model has no classic scale. The parts are molded in colored plastic and join by snapping together without glue. The package contains clear parts and stickers; among the fun features are the four-blade propellers, the glazing and the bombs.
The Heinkel He 177 Greif was a German heavy bomber of the Second World War with an unusual arrangement of the powerplant, in which a pair of coupled engines drove each propeller. It was one of the few German attempts at a genuinely heavy bomber and it is characteristic for its size and its massive nose.
The model is supplied unassembled. Thanks to the snap-together joints no glue is needed; paints are not included in the package and are not necessary for the build.
