Metal Medium

Vallejo Metal Medium - an acrylic medium for metallic effects

A Vallejo auxiliary acrylic medium in a 17 ml dropper bottle containing mica. Mixed with acrylic paints it creates a pearlescent, iridescent metallic cast; applied on its own it gives a silvery, glossy pearlescent effect. It is not a ready-made paint with a covering shade but a medium for mixing metallic and pearlescent tones.

Use

• Mixed with acrylic paints for a metallic and pearlescent sheen
• On its own it gives a silvery iridescent effect
• Stir before use, as the pigment settles to the bottom
• It looks best on a smooth, polished surface

Who it is for

For modelers and figure painters who want to create their own metallic and pearlescent shades or to give ordinary acrylics a metallic cast.

Keep out of the reach of children. It is an auxiliary medium, not a ready-made covering paint.
