Mr. Dissolved Putty is a liquid putty from the Japanese brand Gunze (the Mr. Hobby / GSI Creos range). It is an already thinned, thin putty in a 40 ml bottle that is applied directly with a brush — there is no need to thin it further. Its consistency is thicker than that of the usual surfacers, so it stays well in small hollows and seams and does not run unnecessarily.

Use

• Filling fine seams, hairline scratches and small dimples, for example from molding the parts.
• Applied with a brush straight from the bottle, in several thin coats.
• Once dry it sands very well and can be polished smooth.
• Suitable for joints between parts that you want to close up before spraying the base color.
• The putty gradually thickens once the bottle has been opened, so close it properly.
