Mr. Finishing Surfacer 1500 White 40ml

Gunze Mr. Finishing Surfacer 1500 White (40 ml)

Mr. Finishing Surfacer 1500 in the white shade from Gunze (Mr. Hobby / GSI Creos) is a fine liquid lacquer surfacer, that is a filling putty and a base primer in one. The volume of the pack is 40 ml. The number 1500 marks the fineness of the grit: a finer grit than the 1000 or 1200 range, with a very fine, almost satin surface. The white shade is intended above all as a base under light and bright colors (white, yellow, red, bright shades), to which it gives brightness and full coverage, because it does not tint the final coat toward gray. At the same time it fills small grooves and sanding marks and prepares a smooth surface before painting.

Use

• filling very fine grooves, scratches and sanding marks on plastic, resin and etched parts
• a white primer under light and bright shades, so that they stand out and cover well
• creating a fine smooth base on which the final colors hold well
• applied with a brush on small areas, or thinned with a lacquer thinner and sprayed with an airbrush in a thin coat
• once dry it sands smooth easily

Who it is for

Suitable for modelers who paint a model in light or bright colors and need an opaque white base on which the colors stand out. The fine 1500 grit at the same time refines small flaws and ensures a smooth final coat.

Safety notice: the product is flammable and contains organic solvents. Use in a well ventilated space, away from open flame, and protect your skin and eyes. Keep out of reach of children.
