About product

Gunze Mr.Tweezers Parts Holder (locking tweezers)

Mr.Tweezers are special tweezers meant for holding small parts that like to slip out of ordinary tweezers and fly away. The tip has a special notch into which a part drops and is held firmly, so you keep hold of round components safely too. It is a parts holder with a lock: the tweezers hold the gripped part themselves without your having to keep up constant pressure, and release it when you want. That comes in useful when gluing, when painting small parts or when you need to have your other hand free.

Use

  • Place the part in the notch in the tip so that it seats firmly and does not slip out.
  • Use the lock to hold a part permanently while gluing or painting.
  • Hold round and small parts in the notch, not between the flat tips.
  • Keep the tip clean so that the lock and the grip work dependably.

Who the tools are for

For modelers who work with small parts, glue and paint small components or need to hold a part safely while keeping a hand free. Useful with plastic models and with figures.

A tool, not a kit. A model is not included in the package. The tip is delicate, so use it with care.

Yes. The notch in the tip grips even round and small components that slip out of ordinary tweezers easily.

It is not. It is a tool. The model is bought separately.
