A soft modeling wire of lead with a round cross-section and a diameter of 0.4 mm in the long variant. Lead is easy to shape, holds the shape it is set in and does not spring back, so it is good for imitating wiring and hoses of medium thickness.
Cut the wire, bend it to shape and glue it with cyanoacrylate glue. The surface can be painted over with paint and primer alike, so the line blends easily into the whole.
