Painting Holder XL is a large holder for parts during painting that takes even large sections of a model.

A holder in which parts ready for spraying are clamped. The large pattern is built for the bigger sections, that is fuselages, hulls, wings and cowlings, which a small stand will not hold. Thanks to the holder a part can be turned during spraying and reached from underneath without touching it by hand and leaving fingerprints in fresh paint.
Clamp parts by the surfaces that will not be seen, that is from the inside or by the mating edges. A piece of double-sided tape or modeling adhesive putty helps with slippery parts. Leave enough space between the individual parts so that they do not meet when turned. Once the base coat is dry, check the places where the parts were held, because that is where the coat tends to be thinnest. Wipe the holder clean of dried paint after work.
It pays to place the holder so that the whole of it can be turned easily rather than turning the individual parts. The parts are handled less and the fresh paint stays untouched.
Keep the holder out of reach of children and clean it after work.
