Birch flat profile - 5mm

Green Stuff World Birch flat profile 5 mm, a birch flat strip

A flat strip of real birch wood 5 mm wide, intended for building dioramas, scenery and terrain features. Birch is strong, reasonably hard and has a fine, even grain, so it is very stable and pleasant to work with: it can be cut, sanded and drilled with ordinary tools.

Use

• Walkways, fences, footbridges, raised platforms or trench floors.
• Dioramas, ship, railway and aircraft models and wargaming scenery.
• Cutting and sanding with ordinary modeling tools, gluing with white or cyanoacrylate glue.
• It takes stains, paints and weathering while keeping the grain of the wood visible.

Who it is for

Suitable for makers of dioramas, terrain and scenery who need a light and strong material with the natural grain of wood.

This is a modeling material, not a finished model.
