A set of realistic seat belts for the cockpits of late American fighters of the Second World War in 1:48 scale. The White variant captures the white form of the straps. The belts are laser cut from a printed microtextile that behaves like real fabric, and etched metal buckles come with them. The maker is the Czech firm HGW Models. This is not a kit but a detail accessory for the seat.
Late American fighters of the Second World War (for instance the types of the P-47 and P-51 families) used safety straps with characteristic buckles; the white variant corresponds to the light form of the straps. Even in 1:48 scale faithful belts markedly raise the impression of the pilot's compartment.
This is a cockpit accessory. The model, paints and glue are not included in the package.
