Responsibility details are not available.
A set of masks die cut to shape for the canopy glazing of the Bf 109 G-5/G-6 in the large 1:24 scale. According to the name it is cut for Airfix kits and it covers the canopy in the form that came to be known under the designation Galland Haube.
The G versions were the most numerous family of Messerschmitts of the Second World War. The G-5 had a pressurized cockpit and the G-6 became the most widespread variant of them all. Power came from the DB 605, an inverted V12. Later machines received a lightened canopy with fewer frames and a better view, which is exactly the one the set is intended for. In 1:24 scale the canopy is a large area and every imprecisely drawn frame shows on it.
Masks cut to the shape of the individual frames and glazed areas of the canopy. The exact extent of the sheet and the list of parts are given by the maker in the instructions.
For the modeler who is building the big Gustav and wants the canopy frames crisp without the laborious sticking of strips of tape.
The kit, paints and glue are not supplied, unless stated otherwise.
