Liquid pigment glazes from the Liquid Pigments range, put together around green tones. A glaze is a thin paint with fine pigment that is left to run into the texture of a surface and tints it once dry. Green belongs to the kind of dirt modelers often forget: on its own it does not shout, but it gives a surface the impression of damp and of time spent outdoors. The product is water-thinnable.
On stone, masonry, wood and concrete, which hold moss in the joints and on the north side. On the lower hull of a ship and on everything that stands in water or beside it. On the running gear and lower parts of a vehicle that has driven through a wet meadow. On the base of a figure or on an area of a diorama where the plant layer under the grass and growth is to show. A green cast also brings uniform green camouflage to life, because it breaks it into several shades.
Shake the container before work so that the pigment mixes. Apply the glaze with a soft brush in thin coats and let each one dry; a stronger green is easy to add, while taking it away only works while the coat is wet. Lift the excess with a damp brush or a cloth. On a smooth gloss surface the glaze runs into the joints; on a matte surface it clings over the whole area. Unify the finished work with a varnish to the sheen you want.
For builders of dioramas, ships and ground vehicles. The model, brushes, paints and varnishes are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
