Antonov An-196 Liutyi 1:48 from Modelsvit - an injection-molded plastic kit of the Ukrainian unmanned strike aircraft (UAV) for deep strikes. An unmanned machine, not a classic fighter with a pilot.
Responsibility details are not available.
An injection-molded plastic kit of the Ukrainian unmanned strike asset Antonov An-196 Liutyi in 1:48 scale from the maker Modelsvit. It is a new mold capturing a modern combat drone for deep-strike attacks. Because the real subject is an unmanned aircraft (a UAV), the model has no classic cockpit with a pilot - the main features to the eye are the forward guidance section, the engine unit with a pusher propeller and the booms of the fuselage with the wings.
The An-196 Liutyi is a Ukrainian one-way unmanned strike aircraft developed for hitting targets deep in enemy territory. It carries a bomb charge and, with the help of autonomous navigation, covers great distances far beyond the front line, which lowers the risk for the crews of classic aircraft. It came about as a Ukrainian answer to the need for an attainable asset for long-range strikes.
Separate the parts with a sharp knife and glue them with a thin liquid cement for plastic. Given the simple surfaces of the airframe, take care over clean filling and sanding of the joints, which will be clearly visible. Apply a primer before the paint goes on and spray the matte camouflage with an airbrush in thin coats; the surface stands out with a restrained panel wash and light weathering.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
