A set of self-adhesive masks for an airbrush, not decals or a kit. It makes it possible to spray the RAF national insignia (round roundels and fin flashes) in their late form directly onto the surface of a Spitfire model. The markings therefore come about beneath the clear coat, blend with the paint of the airframe and have no visible carrier edge the way a decal does.
Sprayed insignia do not peel, they are matte and they follow the riveting and the panel lines faithfully. The late variant means the scheme of roundels and fin flashes from the later period, which differed from the early markings in the proportions of the colored rings and in size.
Paints, clear coat and the model are not included in the package. This is an accessory for spraying markings.
