The box combines injection-molded plastic with photo-etched parts, rubber tires and further detail; according to the manufacturer the hatches can be built open and the vehicle offers finely worked detail.
The M1128 MGS is the 8x8 wheeled version from the American Stryker family of armored vehicles, fitted with a rotating turret carrying a 105 mm gun with an autoloader. It provides direct fire support for infantry against fortified targets and lightly armored vehicles. The Stryker family is notable for high strategic and tactical mobility by road and for its modular design.
On this vehicle it pays to assemble the chassis and the interior items before the hull is closed up. Glue the plastic parts with liquid cement for plastic and the photo-etched parts and any extras with super glue. Apply a primer, paint with an airbrush and finish the surface with washes and pigments for dust and mud effects; pick out the rubber tires with a dry brush and dust.
