A top-class double action airbrush by the Japanese maker Gunze (Mr.Hobby) with a gravity-feed top cup and an exceptionally fine 0.18 mm nozzle. It is among the most precise airbrushes for modelers and artists. It has a built-in valve for the fine tuning of the air pressure, a numbered setting of the needle stop for a repeatable flow of paint, a multi-part head and a needle seal of PTFE, which resists solvents.

The 0.18 mm nozzle — extreme detail

0.18 mm is one of the finest nozzles there is. It makes hairline lines, fine transitions, the portrait shading of figures, freehand camouflage and the micro details that wider nozzles cannot manage possible. The double action handling gives full control over the air as well as the paint.

An honest note and the use

A nozzle this fine makes higher demands: it needs very well thinned paint and clean, dry air, otherwise it clogs easily. It is therefore meant rather for advanced modelers who are used to thinning paint carefully and keeping the gun clean.
