Deep red matte primer in a spray, 400 ml from Titans Hobby: a matte base coat for plastic, metal and resin.
Responsibility details are not available.
A matte base coat in a pressurized can of four hundred milliliters, meant for plastic, metal and resin. A deep red base suits red and warm shades, which come out pale over white or gray, and it can be used as a base color on its own as well. The primer evens out a surface made up of various materials, brings out the unfinished joints, which you can still manage to repair after it is applied, and above all gives the next coat of paint something to hold on to. The maker describes it as acrylic and states that acrylic, enamel and lacquer paint can be applied over it, with a brush as well as an airbrush.
Shake the can thoroughly before use and let both the model and the spray come up to room temperature, because a cold surface and a cold can make the spray grainy. Spray from a distance of roughly fifteen to twenty centimeters and in thin coats. According to the maker the surface dries to the touch in roughly fifteen minutes and completely in roughly three quarters of an hour. Two thin coats are better than one thick one, which would flood the engraved lines.
For modelers who want a quick and even base without an airbrush, and for anyone who builds from several materials at once.
This is a pressurized can with flammable contents. Spray outdoors or in a well ventilated space, away from open flame and sources of sparks, and protect your airways. Do not expose the can to temperatures above fifty degrees, do not pierce it or throw it into fire, and store it out of the reach of children.
