For modelers who need to separate small parts accurately and to reach with a tip where more robust nippers will not fit. The remaining sprue stub is best trimmed or sanded off.
The tool is intended for plastic only. Do not cut metal wire, strings or photo-etched parts with it. Protect the cutting edges from impact and keep them clean and dry.
