Vallejo Streaking Grime

A ready-made acrylic effect from the Vallejo weathering series intended for streaking, that is, the vertical traces of dried grime, dust and dirt that run down the sides of vehicles. It is made up of pigments and a water-thinnable acrylic resin, so the product is free of solvents and non-flammable. It is supplied ready to use.

Use

  • It is applied with a brush in thin vertical strokes from top to bottom; the excess is blended into soft traces with a moistened brush.
  • It comes out best on a matte, dried finish.
  • By repeating layers, pronounced soiling can be built up.
  • Tools are cleaned with water and soap.
