Vallejo Wet Effects

A transparent gloss effect from the Vallejo weathering series that gives a surface a wet, damp look. It is important to know what it IS and what it is NOT: it is a clear water-based acrylic gloss product, not a paint, so it has no covering power at all and will not change the shade underneath. It holds no solvents and is not flammable. It is supplied ready to use.

Use

• It is brushed onto places that should look wet, for instance puddles, worn ruts, fresh mud or dew-covered surfaces.
• Once dry it stays glossy and transparent, so it brings out the color and texture underneath.
• It can be layered for a deeper gloss and the impression of standing water.
• Tools are cleaned with water and soap.
