This is a plastic kit in the humorous, heavily foreshortened World War Toons style (a so-called egg model). It has no classic scale and caricatures the real British A12 Matilda II infantry tank into a cute shape with a big head and a short body. The parts are colored and go together with a snap-fit system, so you can build the model even without glue.
The Matilda II was a British infantry tank from the beginning of the Second World War, famous for its heavy armor, which in 1940 made it resistant to most antitank guns of the time. For its slowness and robustness it earned the nickname Queen of the Desert in North Africa.
Thanks to the snap-fit design and the colored parts the build is quick and suitable for beginners and for children under supervision too. The turret tends to be rotatable and the barrel adjustable. Anyone who wishes can still run cement for plastic into the joints and paint the model; the enclosed decals allow several variants of coloring.
The model is supplied unassembled. Neither glue nor paints are essential, as the parts are colored and go together by snapping; for painting it you obtain paints separately.
