Magic Sculpt is a two-part epoxy putty favoured for its consistency: smooth and slightly creamy rather than stiff, which lets it be feathered out to nothing with a wet tool and self-level over a small area. The working window is generous, so it suits longer sculpting sessions, and it cures to a hard, fine-grained surface that files and sands without crumbling.
Mix equal volumes thoroughly, keep tools and fingers damp, and build thickness in stages — a large single mass cures unevenly and can distort. Once hard it behaves much like resin, so work through grades of sanding tools and expect to take down the plastic around the repair as well. Steel spatulas and carvers for the shaping stage are in sculpting tools, and the other grades and working times are compared in epoxy putty.
