Antenna bases and roof sights of British vehicles in 1:35 scale are a resin 3D print from the Czech brand Art Scale Kit: an accessory for models of British armor, not a kit.

A detail accessory from the Czech brand Art Scale Kit for models of British armor. The manufacturer gives the contents of the box: two No. 8 antenna bases, two No. 10 bases, two bases for the Wireless Set No. 19 and four roof sights. These are extra parts for the build, not a model of a vehicle.
The Wireless Set No. 19 was a British vehicle radio set of the Second World War, developed for armored units and working with two antennas. That is exactly why several types of antenna base appear side by side on the roofs of the turrets and hulls of British and other Commonwealth vehicles. On plastic kits these parts tend to be simplified in shape and without the pressed detail, so they give themselves away quickly on the model.
Resin prints cut, sand and drill well, they are glued with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue) and painted with ordinary modeling paints. The manufacturer recommends dipping the parts in hot water before cutting the supports off: the material softens and does not chip, and the hardness returns once it cools. Spray a primer before painting. Sand with your airways protected. Seat the bases before you paint the turret roof and make sure they hold a vertical line, because an antenna base set at an angle is conspicuous on a finished model.
This is a detail accessory. The basic kit, glue and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
