An injection-molded plastic kit of an American coupe from the era of big displacements in 1:25 scale in the Model Set edition, that is together with modeling paints, a brush and cement. The manufacturer gives 117 parts, the highest grade of its difficulty scale, a length of the finished model of around 21.6 cm and an age from thirteen years. The kit carries the license of the Fast & Furious film series as the car of the character Dominic.
The second-generation Dodge Charger is one of the best known American cars of all. You will know the 1970 model year by the chrome ring around the front grille. The Charger of the films, Dominic's car, is black and has a supercharger protruding above the hood, which turned it into one of the most quoted car icons of the cinema. Under the hood these cars had V8 engines of large displacement, and their day ended with the emission rules of the 1970s.
A black finish is the most demanding part of the work on this subject, because it shows every scratch and every remnant of a mold seam. Smooth the surfaces out, even them with a filler primer and apply the paint in several thin layers. The supercharger and the engine bay come out well with a combination of metallic shades, a dark wash and drybrushing. Cement the chrome parts with an absolutely minimal amount of cement and finish the interior before you close the body up.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. The set holds paints, a brush and cement; other accessories are not part of the package, unless stated otherwise.
