A 3D-printed resin set of 21 cm rockets for the German Nebelwerfer rocket launcher and their containers in 1:35 scale from GINGER CAT. The manufacturer gives ten pieces in the package. The rockets can be built ready at the carriage, loaded on a vehicle or stowed in the containers.
The 21 cm Nebelwerfer was a German five-barreled rocket launcher that fired a salvo of large-caliber rockets at an area target. It was not accurate, but the effect of a whole salvo on troops in the open was devastating, and the characteristic sound of the rockets leaving the launcher was remembered by everyone who heard it. The crew had to have the rockets right at hand, because after firing the position had to be left quickly; that is why both the rockets and their containers suit a scene.
3D-printed parts are small and brittle: separate them with a fine-tooth saw or with nippers and level the remains of the print supports with a fine file. They are glued with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue); solvent cement for plastic does not hold. Before painting, spray a thin coat of primer, as a heavy coat would drown the detail.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. The model, glue and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
