An additional photo-etched set of fenders for the Jagdtiger (Sd.Kfz. 186) tank destroyer in 1:35 scale from the Polish maker Aber. It expands the basic set with fine metal fenders.
Responsibility details are not available.
This additional photo-etched set holds fine metal fenders and related parts for a plastic model of the German Jagdtiger tank destroyer in 1:35 scale. It is not a standalone vehicle kit but an expansion that follows on from the basic photo-etched set.
The Jagdtiger (Sd.Kfz. 186) was a German heavy tank destroyer of the end of the Second World War, built on the lengthened chassis of the Tiger II tank and armed with a 128 mm gun. With a combat weight of around 70 tons it was the heaviest armored vehicle deployed in series in the war.
Thin metal fenders allow a realistic look and natural bending or damage. Separate the parts with a sharp knife, bend them on a bender and bond them with super glue (cyanoacrylate) or epoxy; before painting, degrease the metal and use a primer for metals.
This is an accessory photo-etched set, not a complete model. The base plastic kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
