Nashorn / Hummel Suspensions and Wheels 1:35 is not a model of a vehicle but an add-on set of plastic running gear and wheels for the Sd.Kfz.164 and Sd.Kfz.165 self-propelled vehicles in 1:35 scale.

This is an add-on set, not a kit of a whole vehicle. The package contains plastic parts of the running gear and the wheels for the German Sd.Kfz.164 Nashorn and Sd.Kfz.165 Hummel self-propelled vehicles in 1:35 scale. The box states workable suspension and road wheels with separate rubber tires, so that the disc and the tire can be painted one at a time.
The Nashorn and the Hummel stand on the same chassis, put together from parts of the Pz.Kpfw. III and IV tanks. The Nashorn carried an 8.8 cm antitank gun in an open superstructure and the Hummel a 15 cm howitzer for fire support, but the running gear of both is identical, and that is why one set covers both subjects. Please check the fit with the particular kit you are building against its instructions and dimensions.
For modelers who want better detail on the running gear than the base kit offers, or who need parts for a conversion or for a diorama with damaged running gear. Separate tires make painting easier and the workable suspension allows the vehicle to be set on uneven terrain.
The set contains the plastic parts alone. Glue, paints and the base kit are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
