Windows 1:35 by Plusmodel: a laser-cut sheet of heavy paper for two complete windows, including film for the glazing.
Responsibility details are not available.
A window gives a building on a diorama away sooner than anything else. A frame cut from plastic tends to be too thick and its bars too heavy, while a real window is slender and light passes through it. This set solves that with paper: the parts are laser-cut from heavy paper, so the bars can be thin, and the film included stands in for the glass. The sheet is enough for two complete windows. It is not a building kit but an accessory that you fit into a structure of your own.
According to the manufacturer the package contains a laser-cut sheet of heavy paper for two complete windows and film for the glazing. A building, paints and glue are not included.
Break the parts out carefully and rather cut the tabs through with a sharp scalpel. Glue them with PVA glue applied in a thin layer, because super glue soaks the paper and leaves a stain on it. Paint the frame before you fit the film, and glue the film with clear PVA glue along the edge only. A window looks best when there is not just emptiness behind it: hang a piece of paper inside as a curtain or darken the space, otherwise a hollow building will be visible through the window. One cracked or missing pane will do the scene good.
The set is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
