Responsibility details are not available.
This is an accessory, not a model of a weapon: a set of 203 mm artillery ammunition for the Soviet 2S7 Pion self-propelled gun in 1:35 scale. The maker is the Ukrainian brand Spalah, which 3D-prints its parts from photopolymer resin. At a caliber this large the ammunition is already a prominent object in 1:35 scale, so it suits a model as well as a diorama, lying on a tarpaulin, stacked beside the hull or in the hands of the gun crew.
The 2S7 Pion is a Soviet 203 mm self-propelled gun, one of the heaviest artillery pieces of its day. Ammunition of this caliber weighs over a hundred kilograms, so it is brought up to the gun separately and the crew loads it with the help of a mechanical loader. It is that weight which determines how the ammunition is handled at a firing position, and for a faithful diorama that matters.
Wash the print resin residue off the parts, cut the print supports away and sand the marks with respiratory protection. Glue with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Paint the projectile dark green or gray over a primer and suggest the colored bands with a fine brush. The tips and bases are often picked out in a metallic shade; a dark wash and a dry brush on the edges will add depth.
This is an accessory, not a kit. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
