Injection-molded plastic figure set Soviet Tank Crew (1943–1945) in 1:35 scale from ICM - four figures of tank men from the Second World War.
Responsibility details are not available.
This injection-molded plastic figure set in 1:35 scale from ICM captures a Soviet tank crew from the late period of the Second World War. The set contains four figures - two officers and two tank men in period overalls and tank helmets. The figures are a rewarding addition to models of Soviet tanks and self-propelled guns.
The set refers to the crews of Soviet tanks from 1943 to 1945, that is the second half of the war. One-piece overalls and soft leather or canvas padded tank helmets with ear flaps were typical of tank men. Figures in restful as well as working poses make it possible to bring a scene around an armored vehicle to life.
Cut the parts from the sprues, clean up the sprue gates and the mold lines and glue them with liquid cement for plastic; glue the small parts such as the hands and the gear separately. Paint the figures with a brush - the faces and hands with a layering technique, the overalls in muted shades with a fine wash in the folds. If you place the crew on a tank, fit the figures to the hatches and the turret before you finally glue them. Mount the figures on a temporary stand while you work.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
