Turned metal barrels of the German MG 34 tank machine gun in 1:48 scale from the manufacturer Aber. A precise metal replacement for plastic barrels on models with German machine guns.
Responsibility details are not available.
A set of turned metal barrels in 1:48 scale from the Polish company Aber. It is not a model but a fine accessory replacing the plastic barrels of machine guns. The metal execution faithfully captures the perforated cooling jacket of the tank version of the MG 34, on which plastic parts usually lack the necessary delicacy.
The MG 34 was a German general-purpose machine gun of the Second World War. In the tank execution it was used as the coaxial and the hull machine gun of German armored vehicles; the characteristic perforated jacket of its barrel is a conspicuous detail.
Cut the plastic barrels off and replace them with the metal ones, which you fix in place with cyanoacrylate. Hold the small parts with tweezers, degrease the metal before gluing and paint it in a dark metal shade. These are very small components that call for delicate work.
This is an accessory, not a model. The kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
