This is NOT an aircraft model but a resin detail part in 1:48 scale from the brand Clear Prop Models. It replaces the air intake on the fuselage of the Messerschmitt Bf 109E with a more accurate and thinner-walled rendering than the basic plastic kit offers.
The Bf 109E, nicknamed Emil, was an early type of German fighter from the beginning of the Second World War. The air intake for the supercharger of the Daimler-Benz engine on the left side of the fuselage is a prominent shape, and refining it improves the overall look of the model.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
