The set offers rich contents: photo-etched metal parts, masking templates, two figures of US Navy pilots and stores. The flaps and the slats can be assembled extended or retracted, and interchangeable pylons make changing the armament easier.
The Boeing F/A-18 Super Hornet is a modern carrier-borne multirole fighter aircraft of the US Navy. The two-seat F version designates a machine with a tandem cockpit that serves to attack ground and air targets alike. The coloring refers to the naval fighter squadron Bounty Hunters, and the set offers striking and low-visibility variants alike.
Paint and fit out the detailed cockpit and interior before the fuselage is closed up. Glue the etched parts with cyanoacrylate and use the supplied masks for clean edges on the division of the panels. Before painting lay on a base coat, spray with an airbrush and bring out the engraved lines with a capillary panel line wash. Fit the stores and the landing gear at the end.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
