Responsibility details are not available.
A set of replacement wheels for a model of an aircraft of the Morane-Saulnier brand in 1:48 scale. No particular type of aircraft is given for the set, so compare the diameter of the wheels with the kit you are building before buying, or go by the more detailed information from the maker.
Morane-Saulnier was a French aircraft factory active from 1911. It built fighter, reconnaissance and training aircraft, and its machines appeared in both world wars. The wheels of the landing gear belong among the details of a model that are most in view: the model stands on them and the viewer at a display case has them at eye level.
The parts are not polystyrene, and ordinary cement for plastic does not hold on them; use super glue. Cut the excess material away with a sharp blade a little from the part and sand the remainder off. Wash the wheels in lukewarm soapy water and degrease them before painting. Paint the tire and the hub separately and draw the boundary between them with a firm brush with a sharp tip; that tends to be quicker than masking. Glue the wheels on only once the landing gear is painted, and when seating them make sure the model stands level and both wheels touch the surface.
The set suits modelers who want the wheels cleaner and sharper than they came out of the kit and do not mind a while spent measuring and fitting the parts dry.
Paints, glue and modeling tools are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
