The subject is an ammunition box for the Soviet SG-43 Goryunov heavy machine gun, which during the Second World War replaced the older Maxim. The weapon in 7.62 mm caliber was fed with an ammunition belt, and the boxes served to carry and store the ammunition at the weapon and on vehicles.
In 1:72 scale the parts are small, so work carefully and with good lighting. Before separating them from the supports, warm the resin briefly in hot water or with a hair dryer so that it does not shatter. Glue with super glue and, after the base color, pick out the details with a wash and a dry brush.
It is supplied as unpainted resin parts. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
