Carbide drilling and milling heads, second version, three to a package, from DSPIAE. They fit into a modeling mini drill or a grinding pen.
Responsibility details are not available.
Three working heads of a tungsten-based sintered material for a modeling mini drill or an electric grinding pen. The brand makes three comparable packages and they differ precisely in the shape of the cutting edge, so they can be put together step by step according to the work you do most often. The heads remove material where a knife and a file are of no use.
Clamp the head with the shortest possible overhang so that it does not run out of true, and work at low speed without pressure. A sintered material cuts on its own; pressure and high speed only heat the plastic and melt it, so instead of a clean surface a melted ridge appears. Proceed in short touches and blow the chips away as you go so that they do not build up around the cutting edge.
The material is hard but brittle; sideways levering will break the head. Protect your eyes when working with a power tool, the flying chips are sharp. Do not breathe in the dust from resin and filler and wipe the work area with a damp cloth afterward. Store the heads separately so that the cutting edges do not rub against each other.
Before buying, check that the collet of your tool matches the shank of the heads. Shank diameters differ between manufacturers and an adapter is not usually part of the delivery. The heads are supplied on their own; a mini drill and a grinding pen are not included in the package.
