MKE-01 Colour Master Eraser Pen is a DSPIAE correction pen. The soft tip carries a solvent that removes surplus from marker pens and from panel line paints.

A mistake happens to everyone when painting small parts: a line runs over an edge, a marker pen leaves a patch beside it, a panel groove overflows. The MKE-01 is a tool for exactly that. It is not a paint but a pen with a solvent that is set against the surplus and releases the layer, without any need for sanding or painting over.
The tip is of a soft foam material and behaves pliably, so it follows the shape of the part and does not push paint out into the adjacent face. The fine point lets you reach only where you should, while the wider side of the tip releases a larger patch. The manufacturer states that the tip is replaceable, so the pen lasts longer than its filling. It is matched to a range of marker pens from the same brand, but it will serve with other solvent-based marks too.

The pen works best while the layer being corrected is fresh. Once it has fully cured the solvent takes effect more slowly and there is a risk of its reaching the paint underneath as well.
The pen contains a solvent. Work in a ventilated room, do not leave it open and try it first on a less conspicuous place, because it may attack the layer under the paint being corrected as well.
